Prior to covid there were lots of incentives offered by the company from free trips, televisions, appliances and my favorite, gift cards. We had bonuses monthly earned upon tier and goals reached by selling vacation packages. Quarterly awards and recognition, holiday parties and many other incentives.

Cons, Hilton (Grand Vacations) hires anyone! I have seen employees of all levels fired for harassment, drugs, bank robbery, racisim. There is a lack of true management professionalism, education, morals and values and ethical responsibility. There really is not professional screening as long as you can answer a call it seems they will hire you. The turn over was horrible, immature managers, leads and employees. For those serious about their work, career, they sustain and make good money. The burn out is easy and often felt like the boiler room atmosphere, yelling, childish antics and just ghetto.
