I have been working at Hays full-time for more than a year

    Pros

A place to help with self growth and career progression, coming from a sales background Hays has helped me become a people manager, training is the best I have ever received and this is always the same from other staff feedback, all staff come from so many backgrounds which is great for team bonding and culture.

    Cons

None to add 2 years in.

Uncapped commission. Annual well planned events always impress such as a Summer and Christmas Parties. Market leading recruiting resources (top class marketing team & systems) Great office locations - always in the hub of the action! Transparent senior management team that keeps you well informed

    Cons

A low base salary particularly when starting off. Flexi time and working from home has been limited to date.

I have been working at Hays full-time for more than a year

    Pros

There is a great atmosphere. Training is definitely second to none! The managers, trainers and senior consultants will always take time out of their day to help. The commission structure is quite generous, so after a 3 plus months, it makes a significant different on the pay.

    Cons

Base could be higher. High turnover. But both of these are part of the industry.

I worked at Hays full-time for more than a year

    Pros

I received absolutely excellent training from the minute I stepped in the door. Without a doubt no other agency give you give the training in which Hays do. Company culture is excellent, everyone is so lovely and there is a lot of fun to be had during the day with different activities and initiatives set up. Orlagh Reynolds is Hays biggest pro!! The company would not be what it is without Orlagh this amazing woman. I have never seen anyone more dedicated and driven. Always pushed me to be the best I could and was always there for advice . She genuinely cares and I feel the initiatives she puts in place were always beneficial.

    Cons

I suppose some could say the cons would be salary but you do put in what you get . You can make good money if you put the work in. Targets are set high but they are extremely achievable if you have your day planned properly and you will actually see results once you do so (ask Orlagh Reynolds for assistance)

I worked at Hays full-time for more than a year

    Pros

    Good training. That is all.

    Cons

Salary is lower than market rate. Major commission threshold. No support from management, they dont listen or try solve problems. Not a nice environment. No client base. Extremely high turnover of staff as they would rather replace someone than change things. Would avoid, much better agencies out there.
