Pros
Everyone here is very excited to engage and connect. The company supports fully remote work, but also offers the opportunity to go to shared office spaces if you need. Overall the company is very supportive and has great values.
Cons
This type of work can be a grind. You've got to stay on top of it all the time, but if you do you can be really successful.

Pros
Good place to work at.
Cons
None . so far so good.
- Former Employee, less than 1 year★★★★★
Pros
People took time to answer questions and give you advice on how to get up to speed quickly.
Cons
- Given bottom of the barrel roles that had not been filled in 6-12 months and no one else wanted to work on as they were a waste of time and money. - Very intense office environment where there was no room for failure despite it being an entry level position. - Constantly second guessing myself and felt intimidated by management.

Pros
They can serve as an agency to contract at Google - although there are alternatives
Cons
Avoid working with Harvey Nash! I worked as a contractor at Google for two years during which Harvey Nash dealt as the "middle man" agency During this period they were unresponsive and failed to protect my interests at all, between bad communication and lack of action from their employees on things like expenses and bonuses, I count over 15.000 GBP lost over these two years They do not serve a purpose and simply piggy back on the hard work of contractors signed with them

Pros
It's super clear at Harvey Nash that the longer you stay the better it is. Less instances of micro-management, more autonomy, bigger paychecks, more flexibility (time off, early outs, flexible working schedules). All you need to do is stay around for minimum 1 year and be a solid performer and you've got a very compelling spot to work. Not to say that first year it'll be horrible. It's a lot of learning the first year and understanding how to be an efficient recruiter but no crazy long hours or SUPER stressful times. At the end of the day, recruiting is kind of like sales so, if you can't handle rejection or can't deal with "the job never being over" this wouldn't be for you
Cons
There is a lot of growing that is happening at the company which has it's own growing pains. Turn a blind eye to it and it's a very compelling place to work
- Former Employee, less than 1 year★★★★★
Pros
Very Good work culture and very supportive managers
Cons
None as such, salaries can be revised a lil bit
