Pay and retirement programs are pretty good, along with flexibility of schedule & time off. Technology is good & they provide resources for development. Most colleagues are quite personable.
Cons
Senior management lacks leadership & direction. They surround themselves with all the wrong people & do not listen to any constructive feedback. They are enamored with fluff, but lack substance.
