Pros

This company cares about their clients (as long as they're making lots of money) and does important work Great training and support for staff Friendly, kind coworkers (until they stab you in the back)

Cons

I watched them let go of employees due to poor planning and financial management. Until that occurred, I was blind about how two faced this company is. I soon realized they would turn on anyone in a heartbeat when it served them. And they soon turned on me despite having just received the BEST performance review of my lifetime. They will provide a severance when they wrongfully terminate you and they'll threaten legal action against you for speaking out against them knowing you won't have the financial means to fight their legal team. CEO is not honest and does not have integrity. Management has its favorites (that was clear from day ONE) and it's extremely obvious. The company is a sinking ship and they've flailed at opening in numerous states. The states in which they're well established are doing fine, but they've hit their ceiling nationwide and there's no room for growth elsewhere which is why they're firing people left and right.

Pros

Autonomy over curriculum, group content, generous holiday/wellness (PTO), good insurance coverage

Cons

Lack of… transparency, respect, integrity, compassion, care of employees, rigid boundaries for staff, zero boundaries for members.

Pros

- Ability to work from home (depending on job role) - Benefits (PTO, sick leave, CEU reimbursement, etc.) - Desire to reach as many people in need of MAT as possible - Creates a space to openly share concerns/frustrations/etc.

Cons

- Too focused on expansion and not focused enough on employees; more offices open up as current offices struggle - Leadership, overall and at multiple levels, is superficially supportive - Training, both onboarding and ongoing, is lackluster - Talks a big game about career growth, but it appears that the same people are only ever promoted
