Doesn't RecommendDisapproves of CEOI have been working at Groundswell Group full-time
Pros
-The nice staff -offices in 3 cities -events
Cons
Organizational change and its associated communication in Groundswell nothing but trial and error, and they take bride in getting it wrong and trying again and again. You think staff has any confidence of your new change or flavour of the month, absolutely not. The minute the economy improves in Alberta there will be many resignations from Groundswell.
Continue readingGood Day, Thank you for taking the time to write the above review, some of your comments are not unwarranted as we have been through significant changes. That being said, Groundswell has been through significant changes in the last 3 years in an effort to successfully diversify and scale in a very challenging market. This has brought about new challenges specifically around Communication and Change. Trial and error is a necessary evil. Organizational change is one of the top challenges for all organizations, and our policy around open honest communication can compound things at times. That being said, we are committed to including our employees on this journey. Being "part of" is what makes Groundswell special. As the individual currently strategizing on Change Management I would truly appreciate the opportunity to understand your perspective. Groundswell acts on constructive feedback, period. Our employees experience is extremely important to us as an organization, and myself personally. Please feel encouraged to reach out directly. We will continue our efforts and investment into open honest Communication and Change. Thank you again for taking the time.
