Pros

Greenpoint not only look after their staff but their customers are treated as individuals not just a company employee. A close team that work together from the servicedesk through to the directors

Cons

Alleyway through to on-site parking is a little narrow side, so careful of your wing mirrors

Pros

Being an SME you learn lots about the working processes of the company; this would not be possible in larger organisations. You gain more a broader depth of knowledge. Amazing team players, everyone pulls together to get the right result for the customer. Will pull out all the stops to get the job done. Innovative and forward thinking. Highly skilled IT Technicians

Cons

Office could get a little noisy when all the Engineers were on calls; this was resolved by a re-work of the space.

Pros

Busy but productive company with a strong customer ethic. Very friendly and helpful staff and good team spirit, and management is very approachable with an open door policy. Keen to bring out the best in you, and patient when your learning something new. Management often buy cakes and sweets for the staff, and outside work activities arranged Own parking behind the building On main bus route and walking distance from a mainline train station
