    Good client and opportunity to be a part of interesting projects, work and team culture is the best I have experienced, good work life balance, gym on site is very good!

    I worked at Grant Thornton for more than 3 years

    Pros

    -Sports and social. -Most staff are nice in the trainee contracts.

    Cons

    -Lack of mentorship from management. -Poor work life balance. -Overtime performed not given or refused after work done. -Numerous managers at once looking work to be completed. -Unrelaistic time frame given for completion of jobs. -TPS system poorly monitored and used by managers to throw you under the bus.

    They are an excellent firm to work for with good leadership as well as plenty of opportunities for professional development and to work on different projects. The work/life balance is great as well.
