  8. "Great people and experience, but you burn out quickly"

    4.0
Current Employee - Audit Senior Associate in San Francisco, CA

I have been working at Grant Thornton full-time

    Pros

Gain experience in a lot of different markets, get promoted quickly if you put in the effort, and great people to work with

    Cons

Long hours outside of busy season, far commute (at least in the SF office as we do not have a lot of large public companies in the city), very low bonus, not very many additional employee "perks" with the exception of unlimited vacation days.
