- There is a lot to do and I find that sometimes we are short staffed. However, some employees also tend to take advantage of the flexible work. - Although I assumed that since the organisation promotes wellbeing, people here would not differentiate between employees based on their background, but that is not the case. Bias exists and people here as well tend to promote and are more lenient with those that they feel close, to either due to similar backgrounds / caste / education etc., and irrespective of their performance.
