If you don’t work a full 40 by Friday and all the money has been counted you can go home. The employees are nice

The schedule isn’t consistent because you can’t leave until all the money is counted for that day. Due to the fluctuating schedule there is no work life balance. They pay minimum wage and you must pay union dues. If you hit 40 hours by Friday before the day is over they send you home.

Work life balance. I get to be a husband and a good father! Work with interesting people Job is what you make of it. Too many current/ex employees bashing the system but in the end, its what you make of the current situation. Garda has no problem hearing any suggestions to make the work-process better. Open door policy. My boss (even my boss’ boss) is a good coach, sounding board; lets us vent out our occasional “bad” day. Cant really comment on how I feel about the CEO and other executives. I can only comment on my direct supervisors whom I am satisfied working with. Im at extension 2353 in cash services if anyone wants to discuss

Calling an employee as early as 0400 to back fill an open assignment. Cant do anything about that as it is part of a collective agreement I have to work an occasional weekend. Not a big deal. I knew this coming into the job and accepted it.
