I worked at GVC Group full-time for less than a year

    Pros

Friendly atmosphere in the office, everyone nice and helpful, HR easy to talk to.

    Cons

Found it too difficult to not feel sorry for customers over the phone, and quite upsetting dealing with difficult or rude customers.

Shorten the training, or else more breaks. Very difficult to concentrate in the small conference room for long hours.
