Pros
You have the opportunity to learn a lot and get a good amount of experience.
Cons
The manager in the office has no idea how to actually manage . Attorneys gossip and promote drama within the office. At times it will seem like they want you to fail as an assistant. Everything is a test. You don’t get credit for the work you do and the better worker you are the more responsibilities you get without a pay raise. Pay raises are given based on who they like the most. If you are close with the manager you will get a raise- your work ethic has nothing to do with your raise. The turn over rate is extremely high for assistants due to lack in training. Take the job if you are in need or money and/or experience.

Pros
The firm fosters a warm and encouraging atmosphere and the people are all friendly and welcoming and genuinely want to work together and also spend time with each other. Since it's a relatively busy litigation firm, associates have the autonomy to handle their own cases with direction and assistance from the partners. Work is challenging and gives you a lot of room to grow.
Cons
Can't think of any at this time.
Pros
Friendly staff and attorneys
Cons
Disorganized - lack of direction

Pros
As an associate attorney, you get a ton of experience right along managing partners. Your work is appreciated and respected, and you're given significant opportunities to "dive into the deep end." Everyone in the office is nice and bright - you can have a conversation with basically anyone.
Cons
Pay could be better. Billable hour requirements aren't on a biglaw scale, but they're not far off - and pay is.

Pros
You will learn a lot here and the firm has a fun culture. Nice offices as well.
Cons
High billing and the partners play favourites. Little room for advancement and people get fired randomly.

Pros
Working with the best trial attorneys - who take cases through trial and obtain defense verdicts on almost every case. Hands on - gain great experience as an associate while working close to successful and knowledgable partners.
Cons
Pay is fair. A lot of work. Under staffed and need staff with more experience. It is a huge help to have an experienced assistant. Poor management. Office politics - if they like you, you get whatever you want. If they don't like you, it's known.
