      Pros

      Everyone is very friendly and helpful. In-depth and well executed on-boarding process. The sales team definitely is a teamwork environment, not each to their own. Great incentives that include wins for all. Strong products that are well supported. PE backed allowing great growth potential.

      Wish some of back-end processes were more updated

      Pros

      Great product, great people. PE backed. Positioned for explosive growth. All employees play in the stock option program and participate in quarterly incentive program. Team atmosphere. Very thorough on-boarding process. Has a great start up feel for a company that has been around for 21 years. Smart company now focused on growth!

      Cons

      Office isn't located near public transportation. Building doesn't have the start up feel people have gotten used to.

      Pros

      FreshAddress is highly regarded in the email marketing space and has a friendly work environment. Management is available to all staff whenever needed. Lots of smart people to work with. Products are refined and the staff genuinely cares about the client experience.

      Cons

      Some of the policies around travel and reimbursements are too restrictive.
