      Friendly people but little career options.

      Pros

      People are nice and friendly and they tend to have long careers.

      Cons

      Although there are talks about career development and job exchange it happens very little relatively to the company size. Although there are career leveys and development programs, the only way to get salary increase is to get a new post.

      Pros

      Coworkers were all nice and they trusted you to do your work and you could trust them to do theirs.

      Cons

      The (internally and externally) advertised values of the company have no impact on the daily work being done in there. As someone who takes greatly into account the value and impact of the work being done, I could not stand the difference between the environmentally positive adverts and the fact that they make investments into fossil fuels.

      work life balance with good compensation

      Cons

      No proper feedback from management. People were very positive while giving performance review. However from nowhere they let me go. I understand they suffered huge financial loss however, they were very dishonest because they kept me dark about the whole situation and as if they planned it.
