      I can't think of any.

      Cons

      This company is not concerned about employees 1 bit. They lack innovation, even though its part of their motto. Continually buying up other companies just to layoff employees to make upper management rich. Worst company for employee morale I have ever worked for.

      Pros

      Everything about this specialty chemical company is pretty average and boring, to include: pay and benefits, company culture, offices, and upper management. Overall good people with good intentions, but not exactly the place to get your creative juices flowing to truly innovate.

      Cons

      Significant difficulty with change management. Pay and benefits at the bottom end of average. Weak HR support. Financial instability due to leadership playing games with the stock price.
