-Helping to mold future creative professionals -Great teammates/fellow staff who are generally down to lend a hand any way they can, if or when needed -Ability to teach the curriculum using your own style -Being around other creative and talented individuals -Leadership team is nice and supportive -Students are fun to work with, more often than not

-When you have the occasional student that isn't motivated or open-minded, and doesn't take full advantage of the opportunities the school provides
