    I worked at ExxonMobil full-time

    Pros

Strong procedure and control. American conservative company but to compare with Thai companies, it is more forwarded thinking

    Cons

People who get promote mostly married straights. I might be wrong, but people who got partners or kids always get promoted. Not single or LGBTQ+ employee.

I have been working at ExxonMobil full-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

    - Global company - Competitive salaries for all, GREAT salaries for high performers - learn everyday (on the job or through trainings) - Lot of side activities - Lot of teambuilding, dinners, drinks - possibility to travel - possibility of foreign assignments - caring employer: fit stops, fruit during winter months, flu vaccins (optional), ergo chairs, ... - workplace flexibility

    Cons

    - Safety culture is sometimes a joke... 'hold the handrail so you don't fall from the stairs' - sometimes the work life balance is difficult due to high workload

I worked at ExxonMobil full-time for more than a year

    Pros

Multilingual experience. Established company. A lot of opportunities for professional development. Competitive salary

    Cons

Beware: extreme stress and pressure. As a fresh graduate I was facing severe burnout and depression after one year of working there and needed to quit. As an ecologically mindful person, I feel the company does not do enough in order to reduce its impact on the environment. The employees are taken as numbers, just mere resources and not human and sensitive beings. I was profoundly unhappy, the company wants to have a well functioning machine without any innovative and creative thinking. Plus you work in cubicles, you feel constantly watched, evaluated, no privacy at all. If you are introvert you are going to hate it. This company is a big no no no for most of the people (though may appeal to merciless extrovert and egoistic sharks). Also technologically outdated.

    Cons

Low pay , Czechs, people gossiping , slow career , not all promises from the interview are true , if your sup or team lead doesn’t like you - no career move . Not in cs but in procurement Czechs grouping against foreigners - ignore, speaking only Cz

    Negative Outlook

I have been working at ExxonMobil for more than 3 years

    Pros

    - Good only for Customer Service and entry level/graduates to give you some experience in the international business environment. - Highly structured, defined corporate environment. - Defined job responsibilities and tasks. - Low stress. - Central office location.

    Cons

    - Outsourced Work-Force. - As the name implies, it's a Business Support Center. - Personal efforts and devotement to the job aren't valued. - No performance based salary increases or performance based bonuses. - Quite a few unskilled employees without educational background for their position. - Management lacking interpersonal skills and proper mentoring.

I have been working at ExxonMobil full-time for more than a year

    Pros

Great international atmosphere to work in, flexibility and big careers opportunities on the long run

    Cons

Salary is not up to the market, and as every big company changes take a little bit too long.
