Management is a joke. The HR and Sales department are a mess. New employees leave within a year or less. Event Managers are overworked and aren't paid much. If you want to get ahead be prepared to do a lot of sucking up. It's all about appearances here.

Where does one start...Very unprofessional environment and employees are treated very poorly. There is a class of management that can absolutely get away with anything and I mean anything...rampant racial discrimination, yelling at employees, harassment, and unjust employment termination just to name a few. There are absolutely no advancement opportunities unless brownnose. Your qualifications and experience are irrelevant just so long as you are liked by the poor management. The turnover rate is INCREDIBLE and no one with any ambition or options stays at this organization. If you have other options do not accept a position with this company as you will likely be unhappy. What is most telling is how long the senior management has been at the helm vs. the turnover of the regular staff. If you want to fact check just ask a current employee about the procurement and legal department...
