    Advice to Management

try to also promote 'vertical mobility'

I have been working at European Central Bank full-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

There are some interesting tasks to do if you have the possibility to choose Pay is very high

    Cons

Extremely hierarchical and non-transparent. All about office politics and visibility with senior staff. Your talent and dedication is certainly not the main driver for your career. It’s extremely hard to get promoted anyway. Everything is decided by your superior, you have no control whatsoever on your work. Frankfurt is as boring as it gets.
