Great benefits, good salary and compensation. Most managers value career development.
Cons
Horrible work-life balance. Do not reward people for effort and could care less about employee motivation. Upper management has a mafia-like culture, very political, does not listen to employees. They only care and make decisions thinking about themselves and their own interests. Very unprofessional culture.
