      Pros

      I learned a lot in Entes. I met really cool people who had to leave because Entes has a very toxic culture. I learned how to deal with highly toxic and inadequate mid-level managers responsible for departments.

      Cons

      If you're innovative and a risk-taker do not go there - you will be crushed. It's all about politics and gamesmanship. There are far better companies with much better cultures around - go there.

      Pros

      Even though you do not work no one is firing you. No one expects for extra office hours.

      Cons

      After several years of working in Entes, you might need some psychological help to overcome stress in the company. Ultra low salaries. Does not have any social activity. Working hard does not change your salary or your position. No education opportunities. Lower than inflation salary raises. You will feel worthless if you stay more than one year. Empty promises.
