I have been working at Enterprise full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

Culture within Enterprise is mainly based around customer service & employee development which is fantastic. This means that us as employees are given constant training to develop our skills to become managers. Promotion internally is a major part of the culture so developing employees is essential to become the best you can be. The top people in this company have come from the management programme which shows that this programmme is dedicated to progression.

    Cons

Long days but this essential to growth

I have been working at Enterprise full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Great place to work overall. I started as an intern in Enterprise and have progressed through the ranks within the company. There is so many different career paths to be taken within the company meaning that if a position was not working out, there is always an opportunity move into a different role. One of the best aspects of Enterprise I have found personally is their ability to bring the best out of people through providing support and training.

    Cons

In my own position work hours can be long at certain times of the month however time is always given back. Other than that I cannot pinpoint any negatives !!

    Advice to Management

Keep up the good work !! Keep investing in your employees !!

I worked at Enterprise full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

I made one friend there - we developed trust!

    Cons

    Where to begin...
Working in the accounts department at Blanchardstown head office was a nightmare. Constantly listening to the gossip and rumors that were floated about frivolously.
The practice of stifling pay was rampant.
Senior accountants lacked integrity and honesty often. Plans were rarely met. The HR team cared little about our welfare although we worked in the same building. Disharmony, discord and dishonesty sums it up. I could not wait to leave and know that it was the best decision I’ve ever made.

    Advice to Management

If you are teaching and training people on how NOT to behave and the WRoNG way...
    mission accomplished.
