      Pros

      International outlook. Interaction with client companies. Investment in training for graduate staff. Support from government and government agencies to achieve shared goals. Colleagues supportive and decent for the most part.

      Cons

      A civil service mentality is still prevalent in some areas of the organisation. Slow moving at times. There was a lot of focus on teams achieving certain metrics but I wasn't always convinced they were the right metrics.
