        Pros

Strong sense of mission, delivering sense of purpose. Good opportunities for anyone that might like to go overseas. Grad programme is good if you get into the right client facing team. But get the experience, and move on.

        Cons

An awful culture, few of senior leadership team are in their elevated positions down to excellence of delivery in their prior roles. Its a political snake pit. The harder you work on the things you are supposed to be working on, the more likely you are to go unrewarded. Meanwhile those who focus entirely on playing the game, and focus on their ascension up the career ladder, can spend vast amounts of time doing what they need to do to secure the phantom profile that is needed to hut the next heights. EI has proven time after time that the core values that they keep writing down, are just that, words. Real shame to see a once great organisation being destroyed from within by people who don't really connect with the mission, and definitely care little for their people.

What do u say during the first interview with the recruiter when they ask for salary expectations? If I get the offer and it is what I asked them for in the first interview, is it wrong if I negotiate for more?

Hey, I have been applying since last 25 days but did not get any single interview call from any of the interviewers. I have been using personalized cover letter and resume for all job posting of Security Engineer. Not sure what should I do! Any tips would be highly appreciated :)

I just finished a second round interview. I think it went well. I have a question if the interviewer towards the end asks personal questions like favorite sports team and other non work related questions. Is that a good sign? They didn’t mention anything about next steps at the end. They hadn’t in the first round either the recruiter reached out to my surprise for the second round.
