Pros

Pushing the limits of the robotics industry, Some incredible products are produced.

Cons

Micro-managed to hell and back. Boss created all of the design conventions, which work well but break all existing design/CAD conventions so anyone experienced will struggle to adapt and/or get annoyed at methodologies. Hire and fire company, very little integrity. I was given my next 6 months worth of work and then brought in the next day and made redundant due to a 'change in direction' Leadership have a certain reputation, listen to it and don't think you can change it.

Pros

There is always something new going on here that makes you go "wow": seeing a new robot design take shape and go from a 3D drawing to a prototype to a finished product; experiencing the latest software features being tested on a humanoid robot to make it more humanlike or more entertaining; or a new machine being installed and commissioned to enable better manufacturing and assembly. There is ongoing investment in the latest technology and innovative approaches to solving design and development challenges. There's a real buzz to working here with a fantastic group of problem solving and creative colleagues.

Cons

It's a fast paced company so can be very demanding, but it's also very rewarding.
