      Pros

The only Pros about this company is the people you work day to day with. The days management don't show up is dim light of a very dark tunnel.

      Cons

Every thing about management is a disaster. Management at Energy Northwest over inflated egos and self worth could only be expressed in a Lord of the Rings novel. Their so busy micromanaging and treating you like a child they no longer live in real world. Their idea of team work is accepting giant bonuses while the people who get the job done bend the knee and say thank you. Managements form of thank you is a video explaining how board they are of putting new 4x4 lifts on their trucks, campers, golf carts, BBQ and god knows what else. YES THIS REALLY HAPPEN!! And then after returning after 7 months guess what YUP time for another bonus. Trust me people unless your looking to be treated like the yard waste your dog left for you PULL THE EJECTION HANDLE and stay as far away as you can this place is a toilet.
