You are doing 5 jobs in 1 without the pay. CEO is a bully who demands you take calls after your shift without getting paid for it even though you're an hourly employee. You are forced to take students through the whole Financial Aid process including their awards despite the fact that we are not financial aid advisors. If you offer a suggestion the CEO will take your head off. One day the schools we work with will get into trouble for letting us handle students financial documents considering we're not suppose to. If I could give this place 0 I would. Currently looking for new employment. The leads are such garbage that we go days with very little call volumes to work yet still have high goals. If you see a positive review for them please know it's fake. Anyone looking for a job you can grow at RUN!
