- Management lacks of solid communication across sites. - OT's not honored. Some cases may be up to 2 years. - They will fire you without notification. - Local staff with toxic environments like discrimination, poor support to peers, won't share information. - Micromanagement at it's best, focused on time management instead of team building. - They will offer a full payment package they will not honor in time. - They will ask you to work extended hours without payment. - Management will always blame you for their poorly decision making process. - They will remove you from projects related to your area. - Escalation of cases will not have their resolution.
