      Pros

      Most of your colleagues are great hard working people who look out for eachother and help you.

      Cons

      Any issue that has to go through HR or general management is met with condescension and it is implied that you should leave if your not happy which makes people feel like if they complain their job might be on the line. Many issues with safety at work and a reluctance to respond appropriately to feedback.
