Pros
As everyone indicates, everyone except the CEO and the boot-kissing HR are really pleasant. The title is great, but not much else.
Cons
The Euro time shifts really screws up the internal clock. Despite all the "activities," nothing makes up for the crappy work, micromanaging, low-pay, boring projects, constant criticism and repeated dismissal from people we cold-call. As you "advance" in your career, more is expected from an individual within the same time constraints and with little to no pay incentive. Overtime is expected, especially when you are constantly being browbeaten by the CEO. Spying and general sneakiness is the norm, expect to be called out for taking too long for lunch or surfing the net on your "lunch break" Most people understand that this is an entry-level job, however, the CEO understands it the most and tries to squeeze the most out of a person before they inevitably crack under the pressure. When a person leaves iData, for whatever reason, they are invariably ridiculed and put down in an obviously strategic manner - this is sad because the CEO is not able to be happy for people who leave to pursue better opportunities.
