Leadership constantly leaves, which means that a project that you are working on will just disappear with the new leadership change and switch to something else, so projects aren't completed. The technology is not as innovative as they advertise, especially the software that they built. The company has become bloated and ineffective. Agents are leaving to go to more innovative brokerages (Real, Lpt, Epique).
