      Shady financial advice, change rules daily, will take away markets and pass on your work to those in other offices, long hours, will fire large groups of people with no warning, very very bad reputation.

      full on training lovely staff learn a lot learn to call clients cold calling fun office environment

      gotta get there earlier than the start time, and aim to leave last no work life balance at the start to prove yourself
