Excellent work culture. It's a job that requires a lot of durability no matter what department you work in on the production floor. Upper management understands that and really tries their hardest to make sure that your hard work is appreciated during the hot months.

If you exhibit skills in multiple zones across the shop, your pay will not increase proportionally, despite the facility utilizing the skills you have. you will be told you need to fight for your pay raises, where your direct supervisors should be advocating for you.
