There were many pros to working/interning at WJP, such as: - A very welcoming work environment for interns, with projects that actually had weight, reflected my career objectives, and improved my resume and skillset significantly; - Wonderful supervisors who genuinely cared about my well-being and often checked-in with me during larger projects, accommodated my needs as a Muslim employee during Ramadan (fasting, needing to pray, etc.), and guided me well in my endeavors outside of work as well; - A nice office-culture that cultivated productivity and community, such as getting coffee/lunch with employees, working together in the joint office rooms, etc.; - A nice balance of younger/entry-level workers, which made the office a very comfortable environment.

I think that WJP can definitely benefit from a more diversity in their hiring process/teams/office. Otherwise, I think that interning at WJP was a wonderful experience!
