Pros
Workshop Software is a company that makes its employees proud to work there. The management is always willing to give people a go and it’s a place where if you show initiative you will be rewarded. Workshop Software is always striving to add and make innovating changes to its products and listens to criticism in order to make its products better. The technology and systems in place are always being improved and will always welcome positive change and improvement. Working for Workshop Software was incredibly rewarding and I have learnt invaluable skills.
Cons
It is a phone based software as a service company so you are not meeting many new people. This means the team is very tight knit so being able to adapt to different scenarios and personalities is key. Workshop software does however do trade shows all over the world, so this is a good way to interact with customers in person.
