Asset based Open to change Wide assortment of services Room for advancement Some great talent in the organization from all levels Continually sending out surveys to try and better processes They want to do well even if at times execution is challenged

Cons

Pay is not competitive with industry leaders Accountability of poor performance is lacking Technology or lack there of is behind the times Lack of communication across the board but not exclusive to Werner Lots of change. Really need to get in front of their people more.
