Beautiful residential campus with fantastic therapeutic programming and generally small milieu. Great work opportunity for someone learning to gain experience and professional development in this field.

This job is not about the paycheck. it takes heart and soul. It is emotionally draining at times and will test your nettles in many ways. You need to have good boundaries and feel comfortable being assertive. The pay is not great. Sometimes the small staff environment can feel great or at times a bit cliquey. Doesn't appear to be much room for upward mobility and potential career growth.
