Pros
There are some of the brightest, most competent and driven people working at Webroot that I've ever had the privilege of calling coworkers. Work in the dynamic security space is both challenging and exciting, and presents lots of opportunities to learn and grow professionally. Also on the plus side are very competitive pay, reasonably flexible schedule, and adequate benefits.
Cons
Despite the great talent at their disposal, Webroot is a rather mediocre company, mired in indecision, politics and largely self-imposed bureaucracy, and lacking focus and direction. There is no shortage of ideas and initiatives, that, however, receive insipid strategic support and are apparently presumed to somehow flounder their way to fruition (which they actually do, occasionally).
