Lots of autonomy, lots of opportunity to implement change. The company has made staggering technology investments ($27M) in the last few years, and is still adapting to the new business model and strategy. This is a fantastic place to be if you are interested in manufacturing, but don't want to be stuck in a rut.

Change, change, and more change! If you prefer established process and structure, and don't enjoy creating new processes and/or revising the old ones, this is not going to be the right environment for you.

- The position started to take to much on. We became Customer Service, Billing, Tech and Store Support - The company had a "The customer is always right mentality"
