Great company to work at and grow - Leadership really beliefs in enabling people to grow into taking responsibility. Lots of Freedom, lots of trust.

None that I can think of

- by far the most dynamic and engaging team I've been on in my 3+ years in the business - Open communication culture and short feedback cycles, in part driven by the nature of the business - Your voice is being heard by management and "fail forward" culture is really well established - Pace over perfection is really lived here

- Because it's a fast moving team in a fast moving industry you're sometimes left wondering how to approach a problem, but on the other hand you get to figure it out by yourself and go forward with your approach - Many different responsibilities which can be a little overwhelming at times
