My Favorite Job - Business Development Coordinator Watry Design Employee Review

Everyone is very nice and the work load is fairly normal for the industry. I didn't have to work much overtime unless I wanted to. There were a couple periods of about 3 months where we were strongly encouraged to put in extra hours (mostly everyone did), and it was a team effort from all levels to get all the work done. People got along very well and would joke around. Definitely set the bar high for work culture.

Your experience depends largely on how good your supervisor is at their job. While the overall work culture is good, some supervisors are not as clear with their instructions or will micromanage.

Good structure for learning as a new employee and plenty of people willing to help you advance your career
