Pros

Great work life balance. Management is flexible with work schedule interruptions due to doctor appointments, kids sports and other special school functions. Respectful of time off requests.

Cons

Good ole boy system. Only certain people seem to get promoted. No opportunity for advancement, unless you “belong to the right club/group”. Hard to move around and get experience in other departments if interested in trying out a new career path; even though management says there is tons of opportunity.
