Great coworkers and work culture. Decent pay for library work. Good benefits if you can get them. Lots of different things to do, so no boredom.

Not many opportunities to move from part-time to full-time.

I worked with a great team and got to travel around to many different branches and learn.

Sometimes felt as if the branches were not as important as the central branch. Pay is very low compared to other parts of the state (even where the cost of living is the same) HR department will not even consider rehiring old employees, even if they left with proper notice.
