Pros

The people were great, until all the good long term employees left, good vacation accrual

Cons

There are people there solely because of nepotism, there are long time employees who suck at their job but no one fires them. The worst part of that place is the management. The three top guys are all up each others butts and actively work against the company and well being of their people. Constantly skeleton staffed, promises of more workers and firing of actual good bosses ran ranpid during covid. It got so bad even our HR rep left. There has been a mass exodus and people are actively looking for new jobs still. I worked for all three bosses and let me tell you, they hot potatoed my job back and forth (3 grown men could not figure out who was to blame for me leaving and what would happen to my very important job). They tried to make me do 2 peoples job for measly pay instead of hiring a third person which we desperately needed. The only way that place is survivable is if you have a good boss and all but one has been fired. Stay away from the Dallas office. Oh and my direct boss at the end has several probably double digit accusations against him of bad management and people quitting on him but does the company remove him? Absolutely not. And if you're not a white male with a degree forget moving up. You hit a ceiling fast and if you do happen to be great at a few jobs, guess what, you do them all for minimal pay. Don't try to shine there, I did and they used it against me. Dallas is a sinking ship.
