Pros
a lot of the people are great it's a smaller company that's growing so there's a lot of room for change and personal growth some minor perks like free lunch friday and social drinks
Cons
if youre a dev upper management is terrible to deal with. non compromising, constantly shifting priorities without consultations or even telling those involved. there is also a tendency to be unprofessional and a lack of accountability for those higher up.
