Pros
Great co-workers. Highly safety conscious at every level of the company. Once you learn the job, you can only get better due to limits of what must be learned and/or understood. Company has more SOPs than most. Clear future career path.
Cons
Accidents and "exposure" will happen regardless how safe you try to be...inevitable. Hazardous work exposing you to known and unknown chemical compounds, which may affect your health in the present or future. Majority of the jobs do not go according to paperwork mainly due to third party "middlemen" vendors, who put the bare minimum or no effort in on their end of the work. Surprise work on Saturdays starting before 6:00am. Work/life balance is not good. If you want a decent check, you work for overtime.
