Good medical/health benefits. Coworkers are great.

Poor salary for the amount of work and responsibility. No room for promotion.

The majority of employees are kind, helpful and hardworking.

They offer low wages below market value. They rarely promote people from within. When people quit/get fired/retire they often don't refill the position and add more work to current employees without raising wages. They refused to invest in remote working during the height of the pandemic and required employees to use their personal phones and computers to work from home. Some of the upper staff were unprofessional and under qualified such as putting a respiratory therapist in charge of operations despite having no business training.
