9yThank you for the feedback. We work really hard at seeking opportunities to get better. Building trust between and amongst our people at all levels is one of our top priorities . We wish we would have had the chance to discuss this issue one on one, or during one of our leadership training sessions while you were here. We also work very hard to unlock the potential of all of our people by giving them accountability for a Measure, then letting them determine the activities that lead to optimal outcomes. As you know, this is one of our five core beliefs. If you felt micromanaged, we failed on our own expectation somewhere along the way.
