Pros
-Free lunches at times. -Clean Office environment
Cons
-Unclear position/title -Empty promises -HR is a joke. Very shady with your vacation time. -Speaking of vacation, you get it after a year of employment. No PTO. -Favoritism. You won't get promoted based on your performance, but your peers will if they are loud enough. -Employees are prohibited to talk with each other during their lunch times. Are you serious? -The CEO is a narcissist who will make it seem like you are an extremely viable asset for the business and promise many things. Be prepared to be let down. -Expectations change daily. You will be confused most of the time and unsure as to what position you applied for. -Some staff members (leadership) are VERY rude and unprofessional, will literally yell at you in front of your coworkers, -HR and management do NOT communicate well. -The pay is subpar. No commissions for your sales. You may get a bonus if certain goals are met which are split with everyone. -Dead business is going downhill with many dead accounts and clients who will insult you in Arabic. -You're actually going to be in a call center. This is a sales position, don't trust the position name. -Being a call center, your calls and sales will be micromanaged. They will also check the time spent on those calls (which you will get scolded on even though most of your clients won't answer the phone) -The main reason they won't answer the phone is that YOU WILL CALL your assigned accounts EVERY WEEK. They will get tired of you, and insult you. -The purpose of these calls is to sell sim cards, phones or just to check on independent business owners. Mainly small indirect channels that are authorized retailers with limited merchandise. -You might get lots of good feedback, but these are just empty and embellished words in order to put more work on your plate and not give you actual raises or promotions. -It's a small business. Not really much opportunity for growth or advancement. -High turnover rate.
